You can register by means of the online registration form. The registration fee amounts 3.000 Euro and covers for lodging and meals (13 days/nights), inscription, documentation, lecturers, local transport and insurance. International transport costs are not included in the registration fee.
After completing the online registration you will receive the invoice, which has to be paid at the latest two weeks before the start of the seminar. The original will be handed over to you upon your arrival.

The hotel is located near to the historical heart of Antwerp, at 10 minutes from the City Hall, the Cathedral and several museums, which will give you an idea of the rich history of the city. Every morning the APEC coach will pick you up at the hotel reception and bring you to the seminar that will take place at the "Havenhuis", the headquarters of the Antwerp Port Authority.
Cancellation must be done in writing (by letter, fax, e-mail) and addressed to the APEC registration service as soon as possible. For any cancellation declared less than two weeks before the start of the training activity only 70 % of the paid participation fee will be refunded.
No refunding will be made if no cancellation is received, or if the participant's cancellation is received after the start of the training programme.
