Clarification of guidelines for sea and inland shipping

Are you a skipper? Then you probably have a lot of questions about the impact of Corona on your way of working. What if there's a sick person on board? What measures apply to your crew and visitors? Or for terminal and quay personnel? You can find the answers here.
On 3 April, the Joint Nautical Authority published a new document (BASS - Notice to the Maritime Scheldt Area) listing the measures taken in response to the COVID-19 virus. This publication describes the procedures by which the ship requests permission to sail to a port of the Scheldt or a Belgian coastal port, or to depart from one of these ports.
The document has two annexes with specific measures in case a non-member of the crew (authorities, dock worker,...) has to come on board. We have already included the most important guidelines on our Corona web pages.
- What are the guidelines in case of a sick person on board an inland navigation vessel?
- What are the guidelines for personnel and visitors of seagoing and inland vessels?
- What are the guidelines for terminal and quay personnel when handling barges?
- What are the guidelines for ship crew and pilots before boarding and during pilotage?
