Deufol is expanding

Wednesday 10 11 2021

The month of October marked the start of the groundworks for the construction of a new warehouse on the Deufol site. This new warehouse will be used for the storage and packaging of industrial breakbulk cargo.

Thanks to its location at the Churchill Dock, the site is ideally positioned inside the breakbulk zone of the port of Antwerp. As a result of this expansion, Deufol is increasing its capacity with the addition of 5460 m² warehouse space, over and above the area of 9500 m² it currently offers. Deufol is an expert in industrial packaging and logistics. With the greatest care, the company handles and packages industrial goods unsuitable for transportation in a shipping container, so that they can be transported damage free. The consolidation, storage and packaging of industrial goods provides added value to Antwerp's role as a breakbulk port. The new warehouse will be built by FRISOMAT and the facility is expected to commence operations in February 2022. For more information, please visit Deufol's website.
